Order Terms 
1) After received your order, we will confirm your flower delivery either by whatsapp, email or by phone. If you cannot receive the confirmation, please feel free to contact us .
2) Please deposit to the above bank account and whatsapp or email the bank receipt. After confirmation, we will delivery your order.
3) If mailing cheque please drop the order number, name, telephone or e-mail at the back of the cheque.
4) All photos are for reference only. If any flowers、hamper 、fruit or plant are out of stock, it will be replaced with another item of similar value or greater value.
5) If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar continer will be used.
6) Deliveries will be postponed under bad weather conditions when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged by us.
7) Delivery failure due to wrong address provided or no one answering the door upon the arrival of goods at the appointed time will require a rescheduled delivery and therefore delivery HK$150 administration fee will be charged.
8) Customers are welcome to make changes to our flower combination and packing to meet your specification subject to an agreed price.
9) J&J Florist reserves the final right to change the items and conditions herein without prior notice.
10) Valentine's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas and New Year all the coupon will not be proveided.
